What is excluded
Soil laboratory testing, chemical residual analysis, equipment repair, and day-to-day farm supervision. If drainage engineering or pest diagnosis is needed, we note the observation and refer you to specialists you already trust.
How we work
- Scope call — Confirm crop, rai under review, and harvest window.
- Field days — Walk blocks, take sample cuts, photograph lodging or uneven stands.
- Reconciliation — Compare samples with any mill or packing-shed tickets you share.
- Report & briefing — Deliver the written assessment; optional in-person briefing in Bangkok or on the farm.
Preparation
Share a current field map (hand sketch is fine), last season’s mill receipts if available, and the name of the person who will walk with us. Mark any blocks under dispute or newly leveled so we allocate enough sampling time.
Constraints
Assessments must align with crop stage — ideally within two weeks of intended harvest for cereals and cane, or during active picking windows for orchard fruit. Remote estates may require overnight stays billed at cost.
