Acceptance

By requesting an estimate, confirming an engagement, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you arrange work on behalf of an estate, cooperative, or company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Services

We provide on-farm yield assessments, plot comparisons, stand checks, and harvest briefings as described on this site. Scope, timing, fees, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before field work begins. Rates shown online are informational starting points.

Client responsibilities

You provide safe access to fields, accurate maps or block names, and a contact person for each visit. You remain responsible for farm operations, labour safety, and decisions you make after receiving our notes or reports.

Intellectual property

Reports, photographs taken for your engagement, and briefing handouts are licensed to you for internal farm and board use. You may not resell our materials or present them as your own consultancy product. Our website content, branding, and methods descriptions remain the property of Cortex Nodebase Co., Ltd.

Liability

Our work supports management judgement; it does not replace agronomic licences, laboratory analysis, or insurance assessments. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for crop loss, market price changes, or third-party claims arising from decisions made after our visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
